My Own Fitness Journey.
If You Want It, Work For It
People see me with a strong, athletic body and so often I hear “Wow, you must have great genetics!”. I wish! It wasn’t always like this. Like many others, I have had my own battles in life until one day I made the decision to set myself a goal.
Transform A Promise Into Reality
I decided that I would set about improving my physique; but something more than just a better physique. I promised myself a lifestyle change. Back then I was a typical girl doing endless hours of cardio to stay skinny. I had no idea what a well-balanced, nutritious meal plan looked like or how to exercise in a way to achieve the body I envisaged.
Committing to Change.
Growing up, I was always active and involved myself in a number of sports. Making the decision to focus on weight training was unequivocally one of the best decisions I have ever made for myself. Not only did my physique begin to improve, but my mindset and attitude started to develop into something much more positive and powerful.
Overcoming Adversity.
Along the way, I have learnt a lot about myself, my strengths, my weaknesses, my fears and my abilities to overcome adversity. That is exactly what happens when you step out of your comfort zone and make changes for the better.
Competing in Bodybuilding.
I did not have plans to become a fitness competitor starting out, I simply wanted to get in better shape. One thing led to another and in 2018 I found myself standing on stage as a Bikini Fitness competitor. I in fact became the Balearic Island Bikini Fitness Champion, placing first in both my category and overall. This regional competition was followed by the national stage and in 2019 I placed 3rd in the National Championships in Madrid.
The Unforeseen.
Following this memorable competition, I embarked upon my international competition journey. After my first outing on the international stage in 2019, disaster struck. An ankle injury out of nowhere when descending a flight of stairs would change the course of my plans.
Getting Back Up.
I am delighted to have made a full recovery since my accident and have subsequently returned to the Bikini Fitness stage. What cannot be understated is the level of commitment and determination required to pursue bodybuilding to a competitive level. A preparation requires an extremely strong mindset and unshakeable willpower as you have to deal with several extreme situations along the way. In my case, it taught me how to fight for my dreams and led me to discovering my passion.

I have gone on to study sports nutrition & weight training as well as obtained a qualification for measuring body fat and muscle mass. My aim herein is to help as many women as possible to go after their dreams, whatever they may be. I want to provide you with a smart nutrition programme, an effective training regime and all the necessary tools and support to help you become a healthier, happier and stronger version of yourself.
